1 Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pk48 website and related services ("Platform"). By accessing pk48.lat, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

2 User Eligibility

• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account cancelled or suspended by pk48.
• You are mentally competent and are using this service of your own free will.

pk48 may request necessary documents at any time to verify your identity. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled and any deposited funds being forfeited.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

If you suspect a security breach on your account, contact the pk48 support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. pk48 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for reasonable cause, with prior notice, or without notice in emergency situations.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk48 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These methods are subject to change or update.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required if identity verification is needed.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be restricted for any bonus or promotional funds until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

pk48 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and request additional verification if suspicious financial activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The pk48 welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are stated in the relevant bonus notification.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A bonus may be used once only; participating more than once in the same offer is prohibited.
• There may be a time limit for claiming a bonus — if the deadline passes, the bonus will be cancelled.
• pk48 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The pk48 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and engagement with the platform.

VIP benefits are subject to change. pk48 reserves the right to update the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk48 platform:

• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or circumvent the bonus system.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering, fraudulent activity or any illegal financial transactions.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to or manipulate the platform's software, games or systems.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Colluding with other users to attempt to influence game outcomes.
• Harassing or threatening pk48 staff or other users.
• Depositing funds into an account using a third party's money.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, the full balance may be forfeited and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy
